The master King Suite on the main level has direct access to the balcony to provide gorgeous views of the Ozark Mountains. Retreat to the second gathering space in the open upstairs loft outfitted with 2 twin beds for extra sleeping space for your group. The third bedroom,. with 2 queen beds, and a bathroom are located on the upper level. When not enjoying the beautiful condo, you can utilize all the wonderful amenities of the gated Pointe Royale Resort. Golf (additional fees), tennis, basketball, 24 hour fitness center, indoor heated pool, outdoor pool and hot tub, playground, dog park, fly fishing on Lake Taneycomo and so much more. We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee -Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees. -Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen and take to dumpster -Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started. -Please start one load of towels. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest. -Please strip the bed of the sheets and put at the bottom of the bed if you have time. Do not remove mattress pads, decorative pillows, or shams. -Please leave the home picked up and games put away.
