Prior to Booking

You can  make a booking directly on this website, by clicking on the particular property you are wanting to book. Proceed to the book now under the property description. Or you can call or text me at 417.671.3006  and a I will be glad to assist you.

All major credit cards are accepted. 

Yes. You must be at least 25 years or older to book one of our properties.

We do have many properties that are pet friendly.  Pets must be agreed on prior to booking so please make sure that you message about your pet to make sure it meets our requirements before instant booking.

Yes.  We do not allow smoking or vaping of any kind at any of our properties. 

Booking Questions

We do have the option of adding on travelers insurance at the time of booking from a third party.  We always recommend travelers insurance as we do not refund or change dates outside of the cancellation policy for any reason.

We require a signed electronic rental agreement and a copy of your drivers license.

If your payment is split into two payments, the second payment will automatically be collected using the card on file.

Help on your reservations

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. These times are strictly enforced to ensure our housekeepers and inspectors have enough time to prepare the property for the next guests to enjoy!

If you are interested in an early 2 pm check-in, please text me the day of your arrival and I can let you know if it is available. Our team will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that the property will be ready before 4:00 PM. If you are interested in a late check-out, please text me the date before your scheduled departure date. I will be able to tell you if we can accommodate a late check-out.

Your check-in instructions will be emailed to you 2 weeks before your scheduled arrival date. The email comes from Lake Life Vacation Rentals. The check-in instructions will includes your door code and other helpful information.

Please Note: You will NOT receive your check-in instructions until your full balance has been paid and you have signed your rental agreement.

If you think you left something behind, please call, text, or email with your reservation number and the item. We will do our best to locate the lost item and return it to you.  Cost to return items is a $15 trip charge plus the cost of shipping.
