This beach retreat is the quintessential getaway, central to many of the activities and adventures of the Bradenton area, yet away from the hustle and bustle of the busy island life. Perfect for family beach fun, couples’ getaways, girls shopping trips, golfing and other activities for up to 10 guests! It’s truly the perfect space to-gather.

A welcoming open floor plan, makes it easy for your group to spend time together AND find quiet moments to yourself. This beautifully decorated space, and outdoor area, provides the ideal set up for unlimited memory-making.

-1 King Master bedroom, with a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. -2 King Bedrooms and a Queen Bedroom -Additional Sleeping in the space of your choice with a full size portable, trifold memory foam mattress.

The Living Spaces:

Your group will love gathering together after a long day at the beach in the large family room. Lounge around on the comfortable sectional sofa while reminiscing about the activities of the day! Cuddle up for movie night your favorite Netflix film on the 55 inch smart TV. From here, access a screened in lanai, with a beautiful pool and hot tub. Prepare burgers on the grill while the family soaks up some pool time.

Kitchen and Dining:

The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked, with all of the appliances and amenities you’d find at home, including a regular coffee maker, keurig coffee maker, and refrigerator with plenty of room for your vacation groceries.

Conversation over food is the best! The dining area features an 8-person dining table, kitchen island with seating for 3, and 2 swings!!—everyone in our group always fights over the swings.

• • NO SMOKING or EVENTS or PARTIES

• • We are located in a residential neighborhood so please observe quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. We want to continue to share our property so this is very important.

• • Amenities include free WIFI, cable on all TV’s, and a fully equipped kitchen.

• • Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,000 of accidental reported damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.Large screened pool deck surrounding the HEATED SALTWATER pool.

• • Pool Heat is set to 85 degrees in the colder months, however, if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp. Therefore, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

• • The garage is not part of the rental, and is not accessible to guests.

• • Gas Grill with propane tank is provided. Please move grill away from house and lanai when grilling. We do not refill the tank. So, when it goes empty, please feel free to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Home Depot for around $20.

• • The fireplace is not to be used to burn wood. We have decorative battery operated candles operated with a remote for a nice ambience.

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee -Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen and take to garbage cans. We provide a complimentary garbage concierge that will take the garbage cans and recyclables to the edge of the driveway on Sunday and Wednesdays for pick up. -Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started. -Please start one load of towels. You only need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
