Two Private Suites:

With two private bedroom suites, Troutt’s Lake Escape works especially well for families, couples traveling together, or friends.

The first suite features a king bed, Smart TV, private bathroom with walk-in shower, and direct access to the patio with pool and lake views.

The second suite features two queen beds, a TV, and its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Having a private bathroom and walk-in shower for each bedroom gives everyone a little extra privacy and space during their stay.

The seasonal outdoor pool is just steps from your back door, making it easy to head out for a swim or come back inside whenever you’d like. You can even relax on the patio while the kids enjoy the pool nearby.

IMPORTANT-Stairs Required:

We want you to know exactly what to expect when you arrive!

STAIRS ARE REQUIRED! There is no elevator. To access the condo, you must go up approximately 5 steps and then down 2 flights of stairs. Once you arrive, the condo is ground level at the back of the building, giving you direct walk-out access to the seasonal pool right outside your back door.

Important Information & House Rules:

-Primary renter must be over 25 years of age.
-A signed rental agreement and copy of the renter’s driver’s license are required after booking.
-NO SMOKING
-The primary bedroom has a Smart TV but does not have cable. Guests may log into their own streaming apps.
-The seasonal outdoor pool is a community amenity. Pool availability and operating dates are determined by the community.

Check-Out Expectations:

We ask guests to complete a few simple things before departure. These help our cleaning crew prepare the condo for the next guests:

-Heat at 60 degrees or A/C at 75 degrees.
-Remove kitchen and bathroom garbage and take it to the dumpster.
-Place soiled dishes in the dishwasher and start it.
-If you have time, please start one load of towels in the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer them to the dryer. This is a huge help in getting all of the laundry completed before the next guests arrive.
-Please leave the condo picked up and games put away.
