The Space:

This 2000 square foot, open, spacious condo has everything you need for the perfect Branson Getaway. Once you step inside, you will not want to leave. 2 King Bedrooms are located on the main floor with 2 bathrooms. The master King Suite on the main level has direct access to the balcony to provide gorgeous views of the Ozark Mountains. The large open floor plan has plenty of space for gathering and great conversation. Cook all you meals in our spacious fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy some family time in the breakfast nook seating. This condo is unique from many others because you can retreat to the second gathering space in the upstairs loft. A great space for your kiddos to retreat for fun and gaming! This space can also be a fourth bedroom with the pull out sofa. The third bedroom,. with 2 queen beds, and a bathroom are located on the upper level.

Pointe Royale Golf Resort:

When not enjoying the beautiful condo, you can utilize all the wonderful amenities of the gated Pointe Royale Resort. Golf (additional fees), tennis, basketball, 24 hour fitness center, indoor heated pool, outdoor pool and hot tub, playground, dog park, fly fishing on Lake Taneycomo and so much more. Lake Taneycomo and the playground are under a 2 minute stroll from the condo. Your vacation retreat is awaiting!

Important Notes and House Rules:

We are a second level condo- The property entrance is only accessible by stairs

Rental agreement and copy of drivers license required after booking

Must be 25 years or older to book

*Pets CONSIDERED. We are pet/dog friendly, but must be agreed on prior to booking, so please ASK FIRST about bringing your dog along BEFORE BOOKING! DO NOT INSTANT BOOK WITHOUT DISCUSSING YOUR PET IN DETAIL WITH ME FIRST TO SEE IF IT MEETS OUR REQUIREMENTS!!! We consider SMALL TO MEDIUM, ADULT, LOW SHEDDING dogs. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, must be kenneled while you are away, leashed and picked up after outside, and not a barker or whiner while you are away due to our neighbors in the condo. There is a $25 per night non refundable pet fee.

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee -Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees. -Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen and take to dumpster -Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started. -Please start one load of towels. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest. -Please strip the bed of the sheets and put at the bottom of the bed if you have time. Do not remove mattress pads, decorative pillows, or shams. -Please leave the home picked up and games put away.
